My husband and I were on a cross country trip in our RV when he became ill in Ohio. He was hospitalized
for congestive heart failure and the doctors recommended that we fly home. I made one phone call to
TravelAssist and they took care of everything. They called everyday... while he was hospitalized. They
arranged for our airfare home and arranged to have our RV driven from Ohio to California. I cannot praise
you enough for making a difficult situation so much easier. After we returned home I kept waiting for a bill
for the flights and RV return but cannot believe everything was covered by the program. I am renewing the
policy and I tell everyone I know what a wonderful experience we had and repeat that it was the best $100
we ever spent. Thank you for everything.

Our Safe Return to Arizona
Good Sam TravelAssist far exceeded our expectations. My wife traveled from Arizona to Philadelphia for a
wedding and had to be admitted to a hospital for emergency surgery. TravelAssist made flight
arrangements for me to travel to her and then for both of us to return... to Arizona.
The representatives we dealt with were always polite and understanding of our situation. They resolved our
situation in a timely manner. Thank you to TravelAssist and representatives. We will strongly recommend

Forever be a Champion to Good Sam
As long standing members of Good Sam, I always review programs made available to us. A few years back I
signed up for TravelAssist Plus, and this program was a savior. 04/25/15 Ron passed away, far from home, in
Montana. This program and your awesome staff made my loss a little easier by working with our funeral
director in Livingston, MT, to returning our motorhome back to Arizona by providing an experienced driver....
